IF A PHOTO CAME BACK WRONG

Email us the photo that did not work and explain what is wrong with it.

IF YOU PAID AND THE FILES DID NOT APPEAR

Open the order first. The full-resolution files are on that page and the download links are signed and short-lived, so an old link stops working while a fresh visit does not. If the order still says it is awaiting payment more than a few minutes after your card cleared, send us the order name and we will reconcile it by hand.

WHAT WE CANNOT DO

• We cannot willingly change fixtures or make non MLS-legal edits.
• Recover a photo you never uploaded. If an upload failed, the file never left your machine. Re-run it from the shoot page.
